IMPOSSIBOWL

This is a one-of-a-kind vegan bowl! With a base of quinoa and kale pesto, we use purple cabbage and beets to give color and sweetness. The Impossible Meatballs are the star ingredient, entirely plant based and really tasty. 

BURRATA SUNSHINE BOWL

A new grain delicious bowl. The base is a cold organic quinoa, mixed with a blend of fresh vegetables including edamame, snap peas and yellow squash. Everything is finally topped it with our beloved Burrata inside an avo-rose.

NORI SALMON

A delicious green salad, filled with fresh and roasted vegetables to add flavor and textures. The protein is smoked Salmon, dressed up with a special Ponzu Citronette.

MAYAN BOWL

A very rich and filling bowl, offering a twist on a classic Mexican combo. It’s full of colors and textures thanks to corn, black beans and cilantro but also tasty and spicy with pickled jalapeno and habanero hot sauce.

THE TAHINI GEM

Starting with a base of baby gem lettuce, this salad has strong Middle Eastern influences to bring flavor and depth through spiced chickpeas and a new hummus tahini ranch dressing.
