Avocaderia opens its second location in Manhattan
CHELSEA, NY – Inspired by the world’s most beloved and highly coveted fruit, Avocaderia is bringing a fresh perspective and a healthy take on fast casual food in Manhattan with the opening of its second location inside the iconic Terminal Stores Building at 271 11th Ave in Chelsea - Hudson Yards, on May 17th.
Avocaderia is the world’s first quick serve avocado bar, offering a seasonal rotating menu composed by breakfast and lunch bowls, salads, toasts, smoothies, and of course, guacamole.
“Our mission is to build a healthier and happier lifestyle by providing customers with simple, healthy and delicious food that is good for your body and will put a smile on your face” says Alessandro Biggi, co-founder of Avocaderia that recently appeared on ABC Shark Tank.
To celebrate the launch of this second location, Avocaderia will introduce a new dedicated Spring menu that will include influences from many different cuisines, such as the use of Za’atar from Jordan, Duqqa from Egypt and a special Italian-style Burrata toast served in limited quantities.
Avocaderia endeavors to work solely with suppliers respectful of the environment and the rights of their employees. The bar uses only the highest quality ingredients in their dishes and is proud to offer customers a carefully curated menu consisting of locally sourced, organic, and sustainable produce whenever possible.
Conveniently located just one block away from the High Line park and at the border between Chelsea and Hudson Yards, the new Avocaderia will open inside The Terminal Stores building, a 1891 former warehouse and train terminal, recently redeveloped into a beautiful space to work, eat and enjoy your time. Uber, La Colombe and L’Oreal are some of the current tenants.
“This is a very important milestone for us and we can’t be more excited”, says Francesco Brachetti, co-founder of Avocaderia. “Since we started this project, just about one year ago, we have received an incredible response from customers and avo-lovers around the world: that’s what really matters to us, we believe in a better way to feed ourselves and we encourage our community to embrace healthy, feel-good lifestyles”.
Avocaderia, located inside the Terminal Stores Building at 271 11th Ave will open on May 17th at 11am. It will serve breakfast, lunch and afternoon snacks from Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 6:00pm.
